60 DAYS TRIAL AND RETURN
Our 60days trial serves as the return policy for Purlife Air Purifier airclear 880M.
Full payment purchase has to be make prior commerce of the 60days Trial and Return program.
The 60days Trial and Return program is only applicable for Residential use only and not applicable for Commercial/Office use.
Buyers upon receiving your brand new purifier, you’ll have 60days to try it out in the comfort of your own home. An indoor air quality check will be performed prior and thereafter the deployment of air purifier to quantify the improved indoor air quality through air quality device.
Within the 60days trial to be eligible for this refund, customers must have used the product for at least 14 days, this is to allow you to breathe and feel the difference with the improved indoor air quality thats has been purified from the air purifier.
From the 14days onwards, if you do not feel an improved indoor air quality or it’s just not right for you, email us at email@example.com during the trial period of 60days and we will schedule an appointment for your item returns.
In order for us to make a full refund of the trial period, please keep all components of the packaging intact and personally return the product with the original packaging to our office at:

Buyers qualify for a 60 days trial return and refund for one (1) air purifier only per delivery address. The return must be exercised no later than the 60th day trial following delivery of your purchase. No exceptions will be made.
The original packaging must be kept in order to request for a return
Once your returned air purifier has been collected, the returned item will be inspected within 3-5 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Once we validate that the product is in “as new” condition, our team will contact you for the refund process. The refund will processed in full within 7 working days
Returns must be in “as new” condition to be eligible for a free return pick-up and full refund.
Determining criteria include:
Free from any stains, spots, scratches, marks, drilling and/or other modifications
For residential, indoor use only under normal wear and tear conditions
Important. Please also note that return of a damaged product, or one with incomplete packaging (i.e. with components missing from the original packaging) will not be accepted for the returns.
Purlife Company Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return and a full refund.
