Our customers are covered with a 2 year warranty for our air purifier purchase from the date of purchase.
For Purlife 2 Year Warranty, the following must be fulfilled for air purifier purchased through us and our authorized resellers:
Product not broken due to negligence of user and has not been damaged during replacement of air filter
Purlfie original air filter must be used for the period of warranty of 2 years
Product has been taken care of and not put through harsh usage and environments and is strictly for indoor use.
Sufficient evidence to prove that the product is faulty or requires a replacement due to a manufacturing defect
Product that's fulfil the above requirements will be entitled to a repair or replacement as during the 2 year warranty period
Purlife Company Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any warranty claim
If you notice that your product or its individual components are damaged upon unboxing, please notify us immediately in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt of your delivery.
In order to process an exchange, repair or replacement part request, we will require photos of the damaged component(s) before they have been used for assembly. Claims made after three (3) days of receipt of delivery are subject to fees.
